Pool and spa rails installed ordered over a month ago. Was called twice saying ready to install tomorrow, when install schedule for 8/14. Pool rail not available on 8/14 install date. You have a scheduling/communication problem. Install team was fine.

Twice a week, all year, is our default. The desert is hard on pools. Some pools with shade, low use, or a good automatic cleaner can run on less, and we'll tell you after the first visit.
